  • When is Jetty 2 Jetty being held?

    Jetty 2 Jetty Fun Run will be held on Sunday, 16 July 2017.

  • Can I collect a race pack for another person?

    Yes, you may collect a race pack for another person but you must present their confirmation email at time of collection.

  • Will my race pack be mailed to me?

    No, you must collect your race pack during the designated race pack collection times. You can collect your pack on race day (this is not recommended) but must be collected at least 15 minutes before your event. For collection info click here.

  • Do I get to choose the size of my singlet?

    Yes, a sizing chart is available HERE & subject to size availability.

  • Can I swap my singlet on race weekend?

    Due to stock levels, singlets cannot be swapped on race weekend. Singlet size can be swapped prior to June 30 & submitted via email to info@j2j.com.au. Please note this is dependent on size availability.

  • Do I receive a confirmation email?

    Yes, you will receive an automated confirmation of your entry upon successfully registering. You will then receive another confirmation email within race week detailing your race number for the event and the important race briefing for your event.

  • Can a friend or relative enter me on my behalf?

    Other people can register you on your behalf. You will however be required to electronically sign a waiver. You will receive an email to the address which was entered at the time of entry with the link to the waiver which must be signed electronically.

  • I haven’t received a confirmation email, what do I do?

    You may have entered your email incorrectly or the automated confirmation may have been filtered to your junk mail. You can also send an email to info@j2j.com.au requesting for another confirmation email to be sent to you. When collecting your race pack, please bring with you your personal identification so we can issue you with your race pack.

  • Can I get a refund?

    Entries to the J2J are non-refundable.

  • Can I transfer my registration?

    Registrations cannot be transferred to another participant. However, you may transfer to a different race. If transferring to a higher distance, you will be required to pay any difference in fees between the current entry price and what has already been paid. There is no refund for transferring to a lower distance race. For race transfers please send an email to info@j2j.com.au requesting the change and if any additional fee is payable, please ensure you give us authorisation to charge the credit card used at the time of registration.

  • How much is registration?

    Entry fee rates are calculated on the registration date, race event and age. For more information click here.

  • What is included in my registration fee?

    Each entrant will receive a finishers-medallion, either a Jetty 2 Jetty Singlet (Half Marathon and 10km events only) or Jetty 2 Jetty Cap (5km and 3km events only), online finisher’s certificate, individual results and access to aid stations and medical services.

  • Is there prize money?

    Cash prizes are offered to the first three finishing male and female in the Half Marathon and 10km. For more information click here.

  • Can I run with headphones?

    Although we do not recommend running with headphones, we do allow the use of these whilst participating. If you choose to wear headphones, please ensure the volume is at a reasonable level so that you are able to hear instruction from course officials. Failure to follow instruction on course will result in automatic disqualification.

  • Can young children run/walk for free??

    Children 3 years and under, being pushed in a pram and accompanied by a registered adult do not need to register to participate in the Jetty 2 Jetty Fun Run. However, registrants with prams must start at the very back of the running field. Any child participating in the Jetty 2 Jetty by either walking or running must be registered in the event to participate.

  • Can I run with a pram?

    Prams are permitted in all events except the Half Marathon. Prams must start at the back of the race to ensure everyone’s safety.

  • What hydration is available on the course?

    SOS Rehydrate (www.sosrehydrate.com.au) and water will be available on course.

  • Does J2J use electronic timing?

    J2J utilises electronic timing chips which are affixed to your race number. Your personal race time (or net time) will be recorded as you cross the timing mats on the start line and will finish when you cross the finish line mats at the end.

    Your official time for age category placing is based on your gun time and does not take into account your net time. Check the last three years of electronic time records!

  • What parking is available on race day?

    Limited parking is available at Apex Park and Crockatt Park, Woody Point. Additionally, limited street parking is available close to the race precinct, but please be aware of parking signs as traffic police will be issuing tickets for any infringements.

  • Is there event photography?

    Event photography will be provided by Post Race Photography and available for purchase online after the race. All purchases will support The Leukaemia Foundation.

  • Where do I leave my belongings?

    Entrants will be able to leave their personal items in the “baggage tent” while participating in an event. We recommend that you leave all valuables at home. Items are left in the Baggage Tent at your own risk. J2J does not take any responsibility for any items.

  • When do the races start and when should I be there?

    It is recommended that you arrive at least 60 minutes prior to your event.

    6am – Race Precinct opens

    6:45am – 21.1km Race Start

    8:00am – 10km Race Start

    8:45am – 5km Race Start

    9:15am – 3km Race Start

  • Can I walk?

    Yes, you are welcome to walk however please note that there are cut off times for each event.

  • Are there cut off times?

    Yes, cut off times for Half Marathon here and 10km Fun Run/Walk here.

  • What happens if there is a storm?

    In the event of a storm, or inclement weather, the J2J will be cancelled to ensure the safety of all participants. Please visit our refund policy in the unlikely event that the J2J is cancelled
